EXCEPTIONAL SUPPORT AND RESOURCES

As part of this program, you will have continuous academic, technical, and administrative support and resources from your Enrollment Advisor, Program Faculty, Facilitators, Student Services Assistant, Blackboard Helpdesk, Small Peer Group, UC Administrative Offices, and UC Online Library.

  • Your Enrollment Advisor is assigned to assist you, answer your questions and guide you through admissions. After you are admitted to the program you will work with the Program Coordinator and Student Services Assistant along with other Faculty and Staff to address your course needs.
  • Your Course Director develops the course and learning activities, monitors student progress and serves as a resource for questions regarding course content.
  • Your Facilitators will be your guide for completing course assignments and meeting course learning objectives, as well as provide support through participating in chat sessions, discussion boards, and emails.
  • Your Program Director oversees the CLS Program for the University, as well as addresses concerns regarding program policies and curriculum.
  • Your Program Coordinator assists with registering for courses and billing difficulties, as well as issues relating to program administration and special needs.
  • Your Clinical Coordinator assists with identifying and securing facilities for clinical rotations.
  • Your Student Services Assistant is available to assist you from the initial orientation stages all the way through to graduation with scheduling, re-enrolling, textbook ordering, and financial aid application assistance. If you ever have a question along the way they are only a phone call or email away.
  • Your Blackboard Helpdesk Support is available if you have any problem with the course technology.
  • Your Fellow Peers will be interacting regularly with you in your small learning group.
  • The UC Administrative Offices are here to assist with financial aid, registration, disabilities, student health, IT issues, purchasing IT software at a discount, and much more.
  • The UC Online Library is one of the best in the world, and is available anytime, anywhere.
